Campaigns featuring ugc (user generated content) do well on social media, specifically facebook and instagram. This client was looking to drive online sales direct (off amazon) to store and establish a social media following. We developed a strategy and launched a targeted social campaign, within 6 weeks.

APPROACH

Our approach began by implementing customized tracking to follow each link based on the social media channel it came from in order to allocate that traffic, and resulting, sale. We then leaned into the time of year and launched a 3 holiday-specific social media campaigns, with 20-35% off their entire site, only for direct customers.

RESULTS

Our plan delivered over 3 Million impressions, 2,900 clicks to site, 40% year over year growth in monthly revenue and 32,000% increase in engagement.
