The D2C services industry is competitive, and crowded. Our client managed social media internally and was struggling to get traction of getting traffic to site and converting them into customers.

APPROACH

Our approach began by analyzing their current audience and identifying what type of messaging was resonating. We then built out a series of ad sets to launch on Google, Facebook and Instagram with key messaging that stood out from the rest of the industry and conveyed their UVP. We also integrated email marketing to align messaging for the audience.

RESULTS

Our plan delivered over 50% increase in traffic and visitors to site, 20% CVR and 100% increase in email subscribers.
