The auto sales/leasing industry is crowded and confusing. In addition, we faced the lack of driving due to COVID-19 while also balancing the need for new car ownership in the most confusing auto market in decades.

APPROACH

Leveraging our audience intelligence analysis, we identified the key social media networks for engagement, customer preferences, and competitors. Armed with this insight, we built a campaign across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn through organic social media posts.
