The restaurant industry is crowded, disorganized and hard to break through. In addition, we faced the headwind of COVID-19 and the reluctance to eat indoors – all while launching a new restaurant.

APPROACH

Leveraging an in-depth social media intelligence analysis, we identified the top social media network for engagement, customer preferences, professions and even favorite music. Utilizing these insights, we built a campaign across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn through organic, and paid, posts. The goal was exclusively to launch the restaurant and drive foot traffic.
